Concord Village

Concord Village was created by HUD in the sixties to serve the community by providing low cost housing alternatives to the community. What would you do if you had more time to spend doing the things that you loved? What difference might you make to your local or global community?

There are many different floor plans; one and two bedroom single level,  also two, three & four bedroom two story units. Some are available and some are filled. Check back or call the office for updates on those waiting lists!

We are right down the street from Papago Park, Indian Bend Greenbelt Park, multiple golf courses, The Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens, Downtown Tempe Community, Tempe Marketplace, the Scottsdale Six Drive-Ins & AMF Bowling so there is always something close by to do!
