We are developing a cohousing community that will be
located within walking distance of a small town. Join a

resources--along with ample opportunities for privacy. We are
seeking land within a 20 mile radius of the intersection of
Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania: the beautiful Brandywine
River Valley and environs.
